I seem to remember before the GenV was unveiled that they were testing its systems in GenIVs... in heavy snow and ice conditions!

there was a previous mention by SRT of required snow testing w/OZ and the bliazaks

The black car with the OZ wheels appears to be using Blizzak winter tires....am I seeing that correctly

You don't get to see too many Vipers with snow tires on them
