ive been in the market for a newer viper for about a month or so.ive had a 96 gts before and loved it.i also had a c5 and loved it to.i look at the corvettforum alot and you can get a 02 zo6 brand new delivered to my door before xmas for 50500.i know its not a viper but it is nice for sunday fun.my dilema is a 2000 rt for 58 or a brand new zo6 for 50?can anybody sway me one way or the other.i do love that v10 tourqe.

If it is $$$ that will sway you, then think about this. Your $58K inverstment for the 2000 RT (which mind you is a good price), will probably fetch you $55k in a year or two. The 02' Z06 will probably be worth $40K in the same time frame. Lost ~$3K on the viper, ~$10K on the vette. Get the viper, still under warranty and will still eat the vette.
