Side Pipe sills w/o Black heat shield

I have seen a few Gen I side piped cars that have a smooth body colored side sill instead of the stock one with the finned black plastic.

Who makes this?

I think you have seen Autoforms racing sidesills.

Maybe they are Gen II sills that have been ported for the exhaust outlet. I ran Gen I sills on my GTS (see avatar).
