I am finally getting enough semi-decent weather to log a few miles on my SRT. I am wondering if others are experiencing what I am when rolling up the windows. On both sides of the car the window comes up on the inside of the rubber boot located on the lower front corners of the windows. The glass rolls the rubber for 2-3 inches and then the rubber "flips" into place. I am concerned that over time this will cause the rubber boot to wear prematurely. It also puts a heavier load on the window motors. Have any of you had the same problem and was it a dealer fix?

Hey there, snakebitdave. Not sure if this is the "smartglass" issue or similar to it, which was discussed in depth regarding the windows automatically raising the last inch when you open the door and shut the door. If it is this kind of thing, you can read the discussion on it here: Click here: Smart Glass Weirdness
If it is not this issue, sorry, since I don't know. Heh.
