I thought I saw several posts that said you could install the skip shift resistor in a plug that accessible under the front passenger seat. Anyone done this yet vs. installing at the transmission solenoid? Mine is a 2005 Vert.

Thanks...Rich

Very easy to do from under the car. I have done several, it would be more work (if even possible) to remove the seat, carpet etc). Just do it from under the car. just takes a minute.

Just drive it right, and you won't even know the skip shift is there :)

No need to remove anything. It is a simple plug and play. There are two plugs up there that look similar, just be sure to unplug the correct one. One is the skip shift and one is the reverse lock-out. If you do get it wrong it can easily be switched. If you do a search, there is a good picture on here somewhere. It can be reached very easily from the underside, getting under the car is the only hard part.

If you were local, we'd put it on the lift and you'd be done in a minute.
