I agree on the high-flow cats - that would be a good investment. It would also be nice to figure out what caused them to overheat like that. Any aftermarket computer stuff on the car? Any CELs or codes noticed when it's been hooked up to the scanner? For whatever reason, you're running pretty rich on both sides of the engine. At least it's both sides evenly - that decreases the possible 'worst case scenario'. If it were just one side, the odds of you having a burnt or bent valve go way up. These cars have a tendency to not over-rev very elegantly and it's not unheard of to have a valve tap the cylinder and get bent and then burnt all to hell. From there, you're pumping fuel straight into the exhaust stream and that will overheat your cat in a hurry.
