Alright, enough of the yellow/red nonsense already. How about some toxic green slime to settle this once and for all. :D

Forget the colors! We just need to get more Vipers than Cobras. We beat them last year but if it is sunny the Cobra's will be out in force. Here are some photos from last year. The show starts at 10am on Saturday but the gates open at 8am. The cars who get there early get the best spots. I will be there at 8am.

Thanks for sending the check. It just makes things easier when doing the dinner. I can refund anyone who does not come or needs to back out. The money includes the dinner, desert & Tip. So all you have to do is show up.

A local gave me directions. I hope I can folow them.

take 81north to 309 south.... outside of tamaqua on 309 south you will drive a couple of miles untill you see 443 you will turn left onto 443 stay on that road untill you get into lehighton (will be a couple of miles)...... once you get into lehighton cross over the bridge... make a right .. right after the bridge that is 248 blockers is about 3 or 4 miles on your left hand side ..... ps turn left before blockers if not you will have to drive past it about 3 mile to turn around it is a divided highway

The easiest way to get there from Harrisburg without alot of turns is:
Route 81 North to Route 78 East, take PA Turnpike North get off Mahoning exit 75, take 209 South to first traffic light (about 2 miles) and make left onto route 248. Blockers is about 1 mile on left side of highway. This is all highway driving and about 3 miles of off-highway driving. It is longer than directions above but timewise this is faster. I know Carmen goes a similiar way to above. He might have some suggestions.

Geez Bob, unless you are planning on leaving at 4 in the morning, I thought you, Ed, Jeff and I could caravan up together and possibly pick up a few otherson the way....maybe Elam, Tom etc...

If it is not to late to register, I would like to attend the event as well. Just got confirmation today that I am available that day. Will either be coming with 1 car or 2 depending on if Angela wants to come since she hates riding with me. Mike will get a check in the mail on Monday for the dinner, looking forward to this event.

Hotel Reservations:

I had ten rooms booked for the weekend and 9 are now taken. The hotel still has a few rooms so I would book now if you are coming. Sunday morning we will do breakfast for those staying and of course a surprise for those staying.

Dinner Checks:

I now have checks for 30 people for Dinner.

After Dinner Party will be at Hampton Inn

This is the updated total is 35 cars (Wow! The Shelby Club is going to be shocked)

Lastly, The gates open at 8am at Blockers. This year we will be parking in the Front of the Harley Davidson Store and the guys who come late will be in the back. So, come early if you can. I will be there at 8am.

This event is open to all regions so spread the word!

Anyone taking the turnpike up to Snakes Alive on Saturday morning? We are going to get on @ Downingtown (312) head east and take the NE extension up. There are a few rest stops if anyone wants to caravan up.

What a great event. I really enjoyed myself. We got a really great group of Viper owners here. Thankfully the rain did not come and the sun did not come out till the end of the event. Here is the link to my pictures. Again, what a great bunch of people! Thank you

Quotes of the day:

"It's a bad sign when I'm exceeding the speed limit... in first."

From Rick: "I don't want to follow Victor - he's too loud". Good choice to follow Bolt instead!

From Carmen: "When the police showed up...."

About Bolt: "We'll have to start calling him 'Firecracker' now..."

"Did they park the Cobras out back?"
