I cracked the 130mph barrier in 3rd gear. Bone stock 2008.

Also squeezed 11.48@ 129mph as well.

Was that GT-R modded? I didn't think it could trap 130+ stock? I was under the impression that an '08 Viper and GT-R would both do the quarter in nearly identical times.

That was my GT-R, highest trap was 126.8 MPH, it has a tune. Stock GT-Rs can trap around 121 MPH. Stock Viper "should" take the stock GT-R IF it can launch well enough..... otherwise it will have to chase the GT-R down.....

Huh? My ACR bounces off the rev limiter around 126, and thats according to my GPS DAQ, not the speedometer. Yours will do over 130? What do you rev it out to?

Shifting at 6200rpm before letting the car hit the limiter. On the 129mph run it hit the limiter at the middle of the mph lights. On the 130mph run it hit at the finish and I coasted 1/2 way through the mph lights.

I had no wheel spin in first and maybe 3/4 of a tire turn on the 1-2 shift.

Oh well, I'll be hitting 130 mph in 3rd as soon as I get the new Mopar ECU

Thanks for the clarification. Both cars are incredible. If I had it my way, I'd have the GT-R as a daily driver and the Viper as the weekend toy.
