Is anyone outside of the Viper nation going to know about it?

Will it be in the mags for one article then go away?

Is it laying the ground work/excitement for a new car to come?

How as a club..... do we get the word out?

Hopefully its laying the groundwork for Fiat/Dodge/Chrysler to get back into the race scene..It also gives hope(IMO) that a new Viper will emerge:dunno::)....We as club members can tout the greatness of our Vipers but I dont think there will be to many people keen on buying one if they know they will be extinct(except for me,lol)..
FiDodge has to keep the PR up and put out some sneak peeks and stories on what the next Viper will be like...:usa::2tu:Kevin

To get the word out it is up to us...You need to tell all of your friends, web sites, people that you don't even know. They need to buy this car. We need a field of 75 cars at a time. Everyone Pony up & get your ACR X orders in. Newport....Did you get your order in ? If not your not doing your part.

I have to assume dodge is getting ready to do a media blitz or something with them being at the tracks. One would assume the magazines and tv people were invited no !

Have you done a Google search on "Viper ACR X"? It is all over the net. There are stories about it out of every major and minor automotive publication. It has already received a great deal of publicity and will undoubtedly receive alot more. If there has not already been a Speed Channel piece on it, I would expect mention of it soon. Ralph G understands how to get attention for the car.

Currently 110K, it is cheaper than a new CC. The CC is more of a race car than the X. There are alot of features on the CC that are not on the X.

The ACR-X certainly got a lot of attention at the Winterfest in Sebring this weekend. The announcer kept comparing it to the heavily modded F-GT's that were there, but it waxed them. In fact, it waxed everything in its class and a good sized field of CC's and Carrera Cups. (I think the only competition will be the F430 Challenge cars...of which there were none at Winterfest). There were a lot of motorsports enthusiasts there, and there is no doubt about the car's performance. The motorsports community is buzzing. Not many Porsche guys are going to buy one, however, it offends their sensibilities.

I thought there were only going to be 50 built?

Do you have to sign anything saying it will be run in the Challenge Series?

Just call Tom Francsis....He's there get an order form. You do not have to race this in the Series.
Use it for your Time Trials....
