Some Performance Help!

I'm looking at buying a 2000 RT/10 or GTS.

Which mods would I need in order to run a consistent 11.5 - 11.7 with me being an average driver?

Would a cam, headers, and catback exhaust do the trick? If it would, could you guys give me some brand names to go with and to stay away from?

If those mods aren't enough what else should I go with?

Good tires and a line-loc should get you there... heads and cam would definitely do it. or NOS... but tires make all the difference in the world.

It's a piece that allows you to lock up the front wheels while doing a burnout and not have to worry about holding the gas and brake pedals at the same time.

Actually, someone recently mentioned that the 2000 model had the highest bone stock horsepower numbers. It all depends on whether you are planning to do mods to it or not. Granted, "crow" sounds like he/she is planning on modding it, so your advice might still apply, as reportedly the 2000-2002 *pistons* (not cylinders) won't take as much boost (be it NOS, turbocharging, or supercharging).
