Report it to eBay. If someone lists an auction using your photos or any part of your item description from a previous auction, they WILL remove it if you report the violation. It's happened to me many times. I just had two listings removed in the last week. Some scammer tried listing a vehicle I sold in April. He lifted all the pics and text off my Cardomain.com website. Ebay nuked the auction. He relisted it and they nuked it again.

Now you have a name and a number. It is a Ga phone number. [/FONT]
Way too many "other world" rip-off artists. They try to collect people's deposits and get rich that way. WORLD wide web means we have access to all the criminals in the world. Other than a few ebay police no one goes after them.
I've had a few of them trying to sell my cars as well. When I shop on ebay, I turn in all the one's that ask for wiretransfers or state that you have to contact them directly. I guess there's a lot of dumb people out there that throw their money to the thieves/con artists - that's why there's so many out there.
Dumb people and their money are soon parted???????
Track them down and break all their computer fingers.
