Spark Plugs for Blown Motor

Hey guys, me again.
I am getting myself up to speed with this new beast, and loving it. My car has a Roe SC and I want to change the plugs, make sure I install the best for my application.

Is this a good choice NGK platinum PZFR6F???

My car;
01 R/T10, Roe SC and going to 6.5psi and water alcohol. Roller rockers. Belenger Headers, MSD 8.5 wires. Corsa 3" cat back, and (thanks to 1Tony1's advice) Moroso Swirl Muffler in place of hi flow cats. I use NGK's in my SC G35 coupe and they are on heat range lower than stock. What is the best hp plug, and least likely to cause detonation.

I don't know anything about the NGK but the Autolite 3923's gapped pretty tight work well in my centrifugal setup. I think they may be 2 heat ranges colder than stock. Once you find a good plug I'd play around with the gap on the dyno; I gained 40 rwhp just from tightening the gap.
