HOW MANY OF YOU GTS AND RT OWENERS SCREWED UP IN A POWER SHIFT, AND SWALLIWED A VALVE OR BENT A VALVE, OR DOES THE VIPER HAVE A LOCK OUT PREVENTING A THIRD TO SECOND AT HIGH RPM.

No the Viper doesn't have such a lock out to prevent going from 3rd to 2nd. Sure would be nice though. I know a lot of guys who've totally messed up their engines making that mistake. BIG TIME!

when i was 16 my buddy and i had trans ams.when we started racing ect ,i couldnt figure out how he was shifting so fast.he filled me in on the floor it and keep it floored thrue the shift deal.

its the only way to race except you must be on a decent road or you can boil the tires off on a first to second shift.

can going from 3rd to second at around 3000 rpm bend a shift fork? cuz i did that once and i think thats about the time that i started noticing the symptoms of a bent shift fork.
