09 Roadster with 1200 miles on it. Squeak almost like a bird at slow speed. Local Dodge dealer just replaced r rear hub bearing seal and pad. The squeak is embarassing as I roll slowly around at local gatherings and it is loud enough to be heard by all. Anybody have any suggestions PLEASE?

Check to make sure the pinion seal cover is not rubbing on the housing. If it does it over small bumps also check the tightness of the sway bar links.

Mine started as a squeak at almost the same mileage, then progressed to a clunk. Turned out to be the rear swaybar link was loose by about 1/3 turn.

Even if it looks and feels tight to the touch, put a wrench on it.

I'm thinking that an upgraded swaybar link is not an bad idea...Vendors, who has one that is superior to the stock stuff?

Cheers,
George

I appreciate your suggestion. My squeak is not induced by bumps, it happens on a perfectly flat surface, forward or reverse. Makes me CRAZY, I am a bit OCD and a Quality Assurance Exec by trade.
