I have run my SRT at Waterford Hill racetrack on drivers ed.(track day), unrestricted. track is 1.6 miles twisty top speed is prob at most 100 mph on straight.

If you don't mind a few non-essential shifts, you should go faster there. I was hitting around 110 there last year if I made the shift to 4th in my car...I'd imagine the SRT would go similar speeds, but I'm not familiar with your gearing...
