What is the suggested front and rear tire pressure for normal street driving on the SRT-10 run flats?

Jerry, From what I gathered in other posts the recommended pressure is 29-30 psi. Several have indicated a higher pressure for the track (34 psi), which is consistent with Gen I/II with Pilots. Not sure what is best for the dragstrip but I tried 20 psi and did not note a significant improvement versus 30 psi.

I think some people are trying a higher pressure for the street but my gut feel is that it will not improve traction.

29 seems to work best on the street front and rear. This is what DC recommends. I've tried changing them around too, but went back to 29 psi front and rear.

You can play with the pressure on the rear, and you may get some real good traction at 24 in the rear, and no real drivability issues. Being the tire is a runflat, it has little effect on the tire temp. If your thinking this is, "to low" the rear tire on this car has much more volume in size compared to the front, and is carying about the same weight. It's a tires volume,(size) and the amount of weight on it that deterime how much pressure it should have to keep it from overheating. Those steam rollers on the back can take less air, and never heat up. If your traveling at extremely high speed, add a little air. As for the front, I'd keep it right at 29 or more. If your traveling really smooth roads, up the front to 35-38, this is well within the tires capacity. The car will drive much better with more air pressure in the front, at least this has been my observation. I'm sure your not bulging the tires center, as they are able to carry up to 51lbs. Try it
