SRT Flag in the mail

I didn't get anything, so I wanted to call and check if I was on "the list".
I just got off the phone with SRT Customer Service, but got absolutely no information. He asked if I currently owned an SRT and I told him I had a Viper. He asked what my VIN was and I told him it was in my wallet, which is in my other car out in the parking lot. He said he needed my VIN to verify that I owned an SRT. SO, I walked out, got, came back in, called him back and gave it to him, and then he told me he has no knowledge of the packets, how people are selected, how I could get one, etc. NOTHING. I asked him if I my information was in the system correctly when he entered my VIN, and he said he couldn't actually see any information from his system, and has no way of knowing anything. The I asked him why he needed my VIN in the forst place if he has no access to anything. He said they need the VIN to log calls. REALLY? You had me walk out to my car, get it, call you back, and THEN tell me it's only so you could log my call? He never took any other info from me and said there's nothing he could "enter" anywhere. What's the point of customer service if they don't know anything, can't tell you anything, and can't update anything?
Sorry for the rant, but that's pretty damn annoying to get nothing from the other end of the line.

Maybe SRT subcontracts its help from the DMV....

What a circle joke of ingorance. Hope you get two flags just to cover the aggravation.

I have yet to see on any forums or any other form of media someone from Canada say they got one. Chrysler Canada is a different company basically.

Somehow, they must be using DMV or registration records to send them out. That must be how guys that didn't buy their cars new are getting the promo stuff. .....Also to confirm this, I received to packets. I bought two cars new, but one is registered at my home address, the other at my business address, -two mailboxes = two flags. (I saved some sales tax on one of the cars by registering it at my business address because it's outside of city limits).

I got my packet the other day a Very Nice Key Chain and Opener, but No flag yet .... not sure what's going on, did you guys get these in (2) packages Did buyers of Used SRT's get the package and buyers of New SRT's get the flag, maybe that's why I didn't get a flag

Do you really think that customer service has any idea what marketing promotions are running? This was obviously a marketing promotion targeted at people who might be in the market for an SRT, not for customers that purchased an SRT. I have not purchased and SRT and received the packet. Not sure where they got my name, but they got it somewhere and if I purchase a new car, I certainly will consider an SRT.

Maybe SRT marketing will see this and chime in as to where the list came from and who is targeted to receive the flag.

Just bothered to check the mail and mine came today!
Like I said earlier, I wanted the flag, but the customer service call issue is still bs.
