SRT Rear Gear Swap.

Hello everyone.
I have Unitrax 3.55 gears coming from Jon B. I have been looking for a local shop to do the install. ( northern indiana, near Notre Dame ) and have had absolutely no luck. I have had a couple referals from V.C.A. members, ( Nye Automotive in Muncie IN. and Sampognaros Automotive in Park Forest IL. ) but the closest shop is still 3 hours away. Can anyone help me out?

I'm changing to the 3.5 gear, too. I measured the tire diameters on my '00 ACR then on the SRT. Roughly 1.5 in. larger diameter on SRT! No wonder those suckers need a gear...

How much are ring & pinions? Labor-wise, I'll either do it myself or shop it out to the local gearheads I know.

Just had it done here in LA. Parts about $550.00. Labor about $475.00. Unitrax did a nice job. Very quiet and smooth, and FAAAAAAASSSSSST! Good luck.
