SRT rims on 96 GTS.....looks GREAT

SRT wheels on 96 B/W GTS, what do you guys think.....

we took this set of SRT rims as a trade in, as we carry full line of aftermarket wheels for your viper needs, we have many many more different styles, we carry full GFG, Gianelle, Giovanna, and NC forged wheels, for NC forged wheels, since we are the biggest distributor for them, so we can almost let them custom make it every style just to fit on our viper, be the 1st one to have some custom wheels, if you are interest to see some of the wheel style from NC, go ahead pm or e-mail us...and here is a picture of this customers car with GFG 6 rims, all rims came with chromed, but center painted black is an option....thanks

I hate those rims, but I hate the oem ones on the GTS more, so it looks good now.

Call me crazy, but I think the OEM 17' (forged), 18' OEM and ACR wheels look as good if not better than all the after-market stuff. I feel Dodge did a great job designing a super strong, 1 piece, easy to maintain (Polished/Clearcoat) (excluding ACR) rim. And the quality/construction ('98 - current) is superior to the aftermarket wheels. And this is coming from someone who has experimented with many sets of OEM/Aftermarket rims.

I'm a big fan of front-to-rear size offset - It really helps to balance out the larger rear area, while keeping the front looking streamlined.

Are the current SRT OEM wheels forged? I assume they're cast (seems like there aren't any OEM forged wheels anymore, I guess cost is an issue...) Anybody weigh the SRT OEM-ers?

I really like the SRT forged wheels shown on the Coupe prototype - I see them in the current Mopar catalog, wonder what kind of pricing (?)

They 1997 1/2- 2002 Viper wheels are forged. I thought all SRT's were as well, but not sure.

The SRT10 wheels look a lot better on a GTS than they do on the SRT10. I might have to swap out my HRE's and put them on the SRT10 and put the stock SRT10 wheels on the GTS. Interesting.
