I know I saw it here somewhere. I need to know the dimensions of the 03 rims and tires.
I assume they will bolt on an earlier GTS. But looks like the rear tire diameter is an inch taller than the 335 35R17. Are the 03 rims lighter than the 17" GTS rims? Is there sec page with this information?

The rear is a 19 x 13 with a 345/30YR19, which is 27.4" tall, compared to your 26" tall 17's...(And I actually just looked this stuff up on Tire Rack)...but I am fairly confident, I remember looking on the one I drove a few months ago...Probably putting your final rear axle ratio closer to roughly 3.33, without actually doing the math...better for launching IMO!

Dunno about the weight, you'd hope they were lighter...and I have seen them on more than a couple of GenII Coupes...Looked great!

Gerald,
I'm thinking that a taller tire will lower the effective rear axle ratio to ~ 2.92 if you go from 26" tall tires with 3.07 rear to 27.4" tires.
You in so cal till spring?

You're going to have a fun 3-5

Snake Bitten that's a big change from the great white north!! It will be a long drive to the Viper Nationals in Norwalk next year!!!
I think I've scored a set of these 03 SRT rims but I'm not keen on raising the rear of the car 1.5 inches. Knocking my gear down to 3.33 would be perfect. I checked Tire Rack as well and there is one one 19" 345 tire to use.

Paul,

My RT will get trailered next year for sure!

You could always turn your rear spring caps (perches) down if you have access to a lathe, or buy the Northwind Engineering caps for the rear, that would bring the ride height back down by 5/8"...Or cut one turn and one inch outa the rear springs to drop the rear a full inch...

If you don't want those rims, I might be interested, my RT is already dropped one inch all around...
