SRT Top Boot Available

I know what it is, but why would you need to have one? How does it help going *******? I'm asking because I am still waiting for my srt to be delivered and haven't experienced it yet.

The boot covers the top and top frame on the sides of the car when the top is down. Gives the car a cleaner look.

The boot also helps reduce those brown rub marks from the trunk holding down the fabric top. It covers the two open areas where the hinges are exposed. All in all it really dresses up the car. Only downside is that it takes up a lot of room in the trunk when you put the top back up. In a pinch you can fold it up a little, and store it in the cavity under the rear glass. This is kind of a pain though.
