Hmm, a set of 19" HRE, Forgelines, Fiske with tires for $6000 in chrome. Or, Startech none polished or plated for $9500. Doesn't sound like a one time deal to me.

If that's the case I will take two, hell of a deal. I'm sorry those wheels are not worth double a set of 19"s.Besides HRE is developing a set of 20's for the Viper as we speak for under $8000 with tires?? If I was going to spend that much more for an inch it wont be on my car.

While they are outragously expensive (what Viper part isn't?) and perhaps 20" is overkill (need to see it in person to see if it's ricer or not), the deepness of the spokes is unique on any Viper wheel I've seen and a look I prefer.

They certainly look nice in some of the pictures posted a few days ago....

No rims look like the startech monostar V's.

It takes the viper to a new level of exotic sport car looks and these are true racing application wheels, that why they are not chromed to keep weight down.

Same comparison to a viper without stripes and then with stripes. The stripes make the car.

I'd say my stripes are worth an EASY 10hp at the rear wheels.

The 20" tires alone are 2000 dollars. That leaves 7500 for the rims.

1875 per rim. That's expensive, but they look every bit the price, except for the fact they are not chromed.

From what they told me, the only reason they dont chrome the rims is to keep the weight down. The are suppose to be race application rims.

who knows.

They would look good chromed.

Non chrome to keep the weight down is crap. It adds under 2 pounds a wheel. Depending which tire manufacture you buy from makes more of a difference in weight than chrome plating. "They a racing wheel" What was the last race car you saw a set of $10000 plus dollar rims on that won a race. I would love to see a guy at the local drag strip trying to run with theses wheels. Definitely a performance killer. Bling, Bling maybe, performance gains no freaking way.
