"Stickiest" tires for Gen2 18" rims?

I hear the tire can run on about 10 psi. Definitely not "ease of mounting"- The V700 are the absolutely hardest set I've ever installed (no sidewall flexibility).

Once when I had V700s on my car I thought it felt a bit weird - like I was getting a flat. I looked at the tires whenI made a stop and they looked fine. Still felt a bit weird so when I arrived home I got out the pressure guage. One of the V7oos in the rear was a zero psi. I had a flat and barely knew it. The V700s are effectively run-flats for emergency pruposes.
