Stock Amplifier question on 06 SRT

I noticed there were three total connectors and only one that directly connected to Xtrons. Did you figure out what the other 2 connectors did?

Two questions on an '06 SRT:
1. Where us the stock amplifier located?
2. What's the output on the OEM amplifier (watts)?
Just installed a double DIN stereo and would like to upgrade the speakers, but don't
know if it's worth it without replacing the stock amp.
