stock exhaust manifold comparison

Other than saving 20 + lbs, is there any advantage to using 99/00 exhaust manifolds(stock) compared to stock 96 cast iron manifolds?

Supposedly, about 4hp. That is, unless they're on Mumford's car. The Silver Bullet gained about 25hp, while the Blue Gnu lost about that much.
