Hey guys my Viper now has 28k on her and she's an 01. When should I replace the plugs + wires and with stock or after market. I have all ready replaced all fluid's and tires.
I think most people on here recommend the stock copper Champion plugs. They seem to do a fine job and are actually affordable for a change as well. I don't recall how often they recommend replacing them off the top of my head though. I want to say it was either every 20k or maybe 60k miles. Cheap enough that 20k probably wouldn't hurt just to keep things fresh.
I've used 4 different brands of wires on my cars over the last 30 years. I'll be sticking with Scott. Choose your color, silicone or fiberglass outerbraid. https://sparkplugwires.com/dodge-viper-wire-set-gen-i-iii/ You'll have to remove the intake manifold to change out the wires. With the strike going on, you may have trouble getting gaskets.
