Stripes....white or silver?

I just purchased a 2001 ACR, red with no stripes.

White or silver?

I can't decide.

I like silver as they would match the wheels but I like white too as they stand out and look more aggressive.

I think Silver looks Sweeeeeet on the RED and its an ACR too, Cant go wrong with either but my vote is for silver

White looks great in a metallic paint.
I'm doing my RT/10 in either the Lexus Moonlight Pearl Metallic or the Nissan Winter Frost Metallic, both of which give off a silver tone.
I just thought the flat white was too "refrigerator" white.

Have had both on red,like the white.2 different high volume viper dealers told me on seperate occasions that red/silver were some of their most difficult ones to sell.Dont know why,it looks good,just not as good as the white,in my opinion.

I was undecided too but I chose the silver and I've been very pleased with the choice over time. I had Bill P put on silver GTS side badges and with the wheels the badges and silver sripes look great together. I've had a lot of positive comments on the Red/Silver combo. Good luck...Paul

What about the ACR on the side of your car. If you want to keep it, and it is in silver/grey, I'd match that color.

both would look great but i think the silver would look better....if you want your ACR to look more like a "final" ACR then go for the white...

I don't think that you can go wrong with either choice because they both look great. I think that white stripes look a bit more sporty, and silver stripes look a bit more elegant.

Personally, I'd pick silver.

Just as long as you stripe it, either one will look good.

It looks like it's a toss up on what color to go with...I guess I will have to really think about this.

You can't go wrong with either color. I've got a red/silver GTS and like the combo especially when the sun is out. The colors really work well together and just pop on a hot sunny day!

Toby...try to see both in person if you can...you will know in a heartbeat....I was beating myself up on this same issue too...that was untill I saw both color combos on a dealers showroom floor...WHITE HANDS DOWN!!! Also do not forget that flourescent lighting vs Natural Sunlight, plays effects on the color combo too.The White is just awesome in any light. Outside, or in my garage, you will not be disapointed!!!

I also have a red car and originally thought I would do stripes (maybe with nylon), but now the solid red has grown on me. Stripes definitely make it look racier, but solid more 'refined'. Just my .02 I might do some in a while and will probably go with white.
