For no cats as opposed to high-flow cats:

sound = louder
power = ~5HP over good high-flows
smell = stinky

We've sold about 50 sets of O2 sims to happy Viper owners. They have worked great in eliminating the check engine light due to removed catalytic converters and improving driveability. Installation is a 'SNAP' (literally).
