T&D problem

When the windows are up and the radio is off I here a very fast ticking coming from the engine. My small block Chevy days tell me its either a lifter tapping or the roller rockers are adjusted more towards the loose side. What do you guys think. I do have the T&D rockers installed but should I be able to hear them?

My T&Ds are a little noisy as well. Optimum power comes at the loose setting.
