Just wanted to say what a great experience Tator's was.
Brought the car up for exhaust, shifter and general checkup.
He did everything he said he would..... plus.
These guy's are a real class act, know there business, and know the Viper.
Well worth the trip and I will be back for all my service.

He Also called two days later to see if everthing was a ok...just like my dealer...yeah right.

Yes, Chuck is awesome for service help and you will not find a dealer/tech like that down here in Texas. Be glad you have him!!

Just today I called Chuck in need of a coolant temp sensor. He says, "It's in the mail. Just send a check when you get the package." What a great guy indeed! I wish I were a little closer so HE could do the wrenching on my car. Kudos Chuck!

Bringing my GTS down 4/28 for a Roe install and some other goodies. I am like a kid at xmas time. Leaving the car there all week and will pickup next Sat.I became a Wizard groupie the first time I meet him at a tech session, I had just got my car and he spent some time clearing some codes and setting my mind at ease about some cooling fan issues. Brought it to him last fall for the 998 recall and low and behold he found the cooling problem, a weeping H2O pump.I have worked at a dealership for 25 years and this man is an example of great customer service and a class act! It is about a 170 miles down to his shop and I know I won't sleep a wink thinking about it.
