i want to make an exact duplicate of the plastic fastener which holds the side mirror stick in place. I want it in metal though. its a plastic piece that threads on to the stick holding it in place, just above the dashlight dimmer dial. would simply a local machine shop be capable of doing this? i want to do one to match the MGW items finish. any input or advice on this.
