I gotta tell you, I have had nothing but great assistance from everyone connected with the engine work on the Viper, and getting the car back to the dealer. I had it flatbedded home in October, (paid for that one myself), but Chrysler service contract paid for the return. Everyone I spoke with on the phone there was great, they even followed up to make sure that the tow truck made it to pick up the car! Now, I have not received service like that from any car company I have ever dealt with before. Keep up the good work guys, I am truly impressed! They will get a letter of appreciation from me, that's for sure! When somebody does a good job, it's nice to let them know it once in a while. the engine should be back in the car by the end of this coming week! Yahoo!
