I was wondering why we had to go invade Iraq so quickly. I was looking to read between lines on why and the timimg. IT ALL MAKES SENSE NOW..... The whole conspiracy theory about it being about the oil because of Americas love of SUV's was only partially correct...

They had to invade quickly, take over the oil, to satisfy not the SUV's, they are greenpeice material compared to the SRT-10, the war was to satisfy the voracious gas appatite of the new viper... Think about it.... this whole thing started right about the time the 1st srt-10's were rolling off the line... The SRT-10 is OPEC's dreamcar... this thing ***** gas at a rate which would bring a tear to the eye of any self respecting oil man...

I am getting about 9 MPG. ON THE HIGHWAY!!!!! I only get about 130 miles before the light comes on. (I suppose it could be my extremely heavy right foot...)

Gas mileage averages I would love to hear them...

Mine is around 9 MPG....

I haven't had time to take a trip yet, but milage is between 11.5 and 14.9. This is combo city/highway. ******* it in the city, highway cruise home. I have been getting right at 200 miles per tank. Dave

18 mpg during break-in and 13 mpg since. Mixture of city and highway. Seems a little more thirsty than my RT/10.

Well, I just got an old Gen 2, but it gets 21.5 on a long trip to Vegas. Smoothies, K+Ns, Corsa cat-back only, and running 15-50 Mobil 1.

Does your SRT really stop from 60-0 in 97 feet? Wow, thats phenomenal. World class car.

hmmmm wonder if Venezuela has WMDs hidden anywhere...it's rich in oil, so much closer to home, and the climate more temperate than Iraq's...
