Someone better inform Dodge. Apparently the '08 car isn't actually a Viper. I'm not sure what this seller is thinking by asking $160k for a VOI9 (VO19 - ha ha) as the last ever:
(Maybe they're also selling that bridge in Brooklyn)

Probably the "last" VOI 9 edition built - Tommy had his 2006 White/Blue VOI 9 limited edition at Warnock today for a Corsa Track install (great Tech Session, thanks Scott). I saw the plaque on the console, but didn't see the numbers ("X of X")...

I will give him an "E" for effort. If he finds a sucker who does not do his due dilligence, so be it. By the way, I have an HP inkjet printer that was the last one ever made, EVER. Prints come out OK and comes with vintage 2003 cartrages. Christies auction house wants to list it at their next NY show for $1.4mil. Because I like you guys so much, I will let it go for $1.1. Own a piece of history as you cannot buy HP printers anymore! I also have the last Bic pen that will go up for auction.

2. If he admits this is simply, the last '06 built, why a $70k premium? (for that money you could buy an '06 coupe AND an '08 coupe...)

Finally Got It has the answer. That dodge dealer is an idiot. Bill P called me on that car and had the factory put the "Last One" on the sticker. I believe it is the last VOI9 car made. There is nothing special otherwise about the car. I am sure Bill P had the "Last One" printed on the sticker to try to improve the value of the car. It would be interesting on how the car got to a dealer in Michigan. Bill P should chime in on this one. I best he is laughing his a$$ off.

This was the last ( #100 ) of the VOI9 cars built. It is also one of the very few with a wing and splitter done by Prefix, and it has an authenticity letter stating such. I am not sure, but I do not believe this is a Dealer , as the original owner had some health issues and may have passed away. It notes they are helping a friend out, and it may be a case that they are actually helping the widow ( not sure on this).

The legitimate items about the car is it is one of the 7-10 done with H spoke rims , one of the 13 done with the wing and splitter from Prefix ( matches the ones on the Raffle car), and it is number 100. It does have some good credentials, but someone who is not totally versed about Vipers has inadvertently left some misleading quotes.

I did type in, fairly late in the game, " The Last One," as it is the last one of the VOI9 cars. Figured it would be fun, and wondered if the computer would take it, and print it out -- it did as noted. It was actually done as Mr. The Last One , with Last One being his last name, ha.

My bad, it does say it is a Dealer, but initially the ad stated they were assisting a friend. I imagine this car has not gone over well due to the numerous changes and misinformation, as it is much different from what I read when it initially came out.

It is a legitimate car , but as noted by many, not promoted accurately or well.
