The Viper gets one step closer ...

Well, I was thinking that I'd be waiting 2 more years for the Viper -- which is when my Z06 lease runs out. The other consideration was that it was my wife's turn for a new car first, and we had planned to get hers late next year.
Well, to help nudge the process along, we went out yesterday and bought her new car early! She ended up getting a 996 coupe, really a nice car and oh-so-refined. Obviously, my Z06 is faster, but the Porsche is neat too.
More importantly, however, this paves the way for me to get my Viper probably a year ahead of schedule. That's the great news!
All of you who pressured me to get the Viper earlier are to blame for this!
