As everyone knows maintaining a good reputation is VERY IMPORTANT. I have always maintained a hardworking, honest & professional reputation amongst the Viper Community.

Recently, there have been some emails posted attacking me personally as well as Doug Levin Motorsports. Due to the SEVERITY of these false allegations. I have pursued legal action.

Unfortunately, I have been advised by legal Counsel to refrain from discussing this matter until the case is settled. Please understand how difficult it is for me to refrain from discussing these false statements with all of you. As soon as I am able to discuss this matter without hurting my case, I will let all of you know....

One thing I can discuss is the FACT THAT I WILL NOT STOP until the truth prevails and the individuals who are responsible for the these false allegations are held responsible for their actions.

PS I am confident that through the hundreds of loyal customers, the truth will prevail!
