top speed of GEn 3 car

Wonderful Speedvision talking about the Detroit auto
show last night. They showed the new Gen 3 and said
Chrysler claimed the top speed will be 220 !!!!!!!
I don't think so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!But if the public thinks so
who cares????????????

Speedometer goes up to 220 mph on Gen 3 car.

The speedo goes up to 220; however, in my most optimistic calculations, the stock car will top out in the low 190s. More realistically, it will have a top speed in the 180s.

At least Hennessey & co won't have to replace the speedo on their "Gen III Venom 900" packages
