Torque specs for brake calipers

I am going to install my new Forgeline VR1's, Eradispeed rotors and EBC greens tomorrow and would like some input on torque specs and any recommendations

From the 99 service manual 5-44 and 5-45

brake caliper attaching bolts 85 ft. lbs

hub and bearing assembly attaching bolts 45 ft. lbs.

wheel mounting, tihgten to 1/2 spec using proper sequence then repeat to 90 ft. lbs.
