I'm hooking up my FJO mini nitrous computer for my nitrous install. I found the tach signal wire on the PCM, but where's the TPS signal wire? Any FJO users who are not running WOT switches should be able to help me...

Thanks
Mike

Assuming this is for a 2001 RT/10. There are three wires leading from the TPS to the PCM. You can follow it along the wiring harness leading from the TPS sensor. The wires are as follows:

Black/Light Blue Wire: Sensor Ground
Orange/Dark Blue: TPS Sensor Signal
Orange: 5V supply

I tapped into the Orange/Dark Blue wire just above the PCM connector and feed the signal into my Vec3 for logging purposes. I believe it leads into the C1 PCM connector which is the first (leftmost) of the 3 connectors on the PCM.

I'll second that (from memory!) it was the orange with dark blue stripe, I hooked up to it for a logging on my air/fuel wideband software (at the PCM point) it's a 0-5V sensor output reading, you usually calibrate via a scale with the software anyway. Have fun.

You guys are awesome...thank you soooooo much.

Mike

I get this info from my service manual. Definitely get one if you're going to do these kinds of mods. It's EXTREMELY useful and you can find one realtively cheap on ebay or call Chuck Tator for a new one. Have fun.
