Tracking the history of Venom 650R from NJ

Hi All,
I am trying to track down the history of a 1997 Blue with white stripes Hennessey Venom 650R (see videos below).

Does anybody know the original owner or anything on this car?

I know the car spend some time in NJ and from the pictures it seems the owner had some awesome sense of humor since he had some blue truck nuts and Formula 1 stickers on the car

Very cool car. I'm in NJ and I've never seen that one. But then again, I rarely see Vipers anywhere. There was a 97 GTS Hennessey that ended on BAT recently that I thought this was the one but I see that on was a 600. Both in Jersey, both 1997 and both Blue/White.
