Hi, heading to Willow Springs in a couple of weeks and wanted to see what you do if/when you want to transport or trailer your Vipers to track events. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I wouldnt completely dilike the road trip in the Viper, but would rather not put an extra 1000 miles on it if it could be helped.

Thanks,
Dave

I'm in San Diego and I borrow a trailer to tow up there each time.

See you at Willow!

Looking forward to it. Unfortunately, Penske and Budget only have those cheesey trailers that will damage as opposed to benefit the Viper. Front end would catch trying to get on one of thier trailers. I may have to break down and buy a real auto trailer, and a SRT Ram to pull it:) Not in time for this event, but if I get serious (like I think I will) with these events, it would probably be a good investment, the trailer at least. I have a guy in town who is looking into it for me so we shall see:)

My Sloan kwikload trailer was the only way to go with my '02 GTS - trailer tilts to the ground - not sure though if an SRT is too wide? - hope to try it soon when I find an SRT at the right price

For a single Viper, my Sloan Quik Load is for sale. As Catwood mentioned, Sloan is having a great sale on new ones though. Mine comes with a few extras like a rock guard, tire rack (holds 4 Viper wheels plus the trailer spare) and an electric winch (which I never mounted.)

$6K and it's yours!

HA, seriously, I'll accept decent offers on the trailer. I've got a CBR 929 for sale too -- I've ridden in maybe 30 times since I bought it.

Oh yeah, and a 1,000 HP DLM Viper will go up for sale later this week.

Yeah...I've been kicking around the idea of making Manny an offer but just haven't made the final decision. It's mod money or trailer money. Right now I need an alignment and soon rotors, shocks and and pads.
