I own an ACR 2009 with 2555 miles on it.
Yestarday, I try to back up in my drive way and I can't do it.
Every gear are perfect, but it's impossible to take the back up gear.
What's appen?

Sounds like the reverse lockout solenoid system. Not sure if there is a separate fuse to check as a first look. While it is very difficult, you still should be able to override the lockout system to get it into reverse to take to the dealer. Good luck.
