Tuners in Dallas

I am trying to find a good tuner in the Dallas area. I am tired of having to haul my car down to Houston every time I need and tune or tweak. I am also considering a blown setup, and was wondering if anyone in the DFW area had one I could see? Also can anyone give me the skinny on the benefits of cats vs no cats?
