turning rear brake piston CW but its not retracting?

I did the driver side no problem but the passenger side wont retract. From reading this thread it seems like one of these clips maybe damaged. i have Toms 40 mm rear brake upgrade, on a 2000GTS. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the info. I just emailed Tom (tom's 40mm rear calipers) to see if there was any warrenty on it first, If not I may just buy the kit to fix it, Or depending if I can just get a new one from tom and send my old one in plus some money (because im in a hurry)...thanks for your help!

I was exchanging emails with Tom recently, he does not get on here a much as he used to due to work.
