Unusual Air Filter

Friend's 2006 Coupe has this air filter ... he needs to get a new one whatever it may be. Bought used and has had Viper for a while. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is that filter element an OEM filter...MOPAR number 5037294AB ?

He is missing the cover that went over the filters ...

Yeah, looks like a stock filter setup to me. Top cover is part number 05037292AA in the parts manual I have at least.
