Valentine One

Just purchased a new Valentine One RD and was wondering where
everyone placed them in their Vipers or where they Hard wired them
to.

Just to the left of the mirror so as not to obstruct view.

That's where mine is too. Jucked under the bottom of the right side of the rvm. Hardwired into the mirror light power.

Nah, mine have been broken on my '06 for a year now. Smoke literally came out of the switch. Power mirrors are overrated. So are brakes.

Left of the mirror and hard wired. I run the cord by the sun visors and it's completely invisible to anyone outside of the car. I have a tint stripe on the top of the windshield and cops can't even see if when they're standing outside the car. No naysaying on the tint strip reducing detection. It's solid.

I stick mine on above the left center of the mirror. Higher yields better warning distances. Not hard wired. I need it in whichever vehicle I drive. Got a duel plug addaptor so I can have a V1 and a GPS in use at the same time. GTS Bruce

I use the visor clip on mine. Its high enough to look out the back too. I use black electric tape and secure the wiring to my right side windshield frame. Cheezy sounding, i know, but i can remove it to my other vehicles that way. Here is a pic....
