They're starting to show up overseas. I guess that means members in the States can expect to get theirs sometime in the next month or two.

The overseas members get theirs because they are sent direct from the JRT offices.
The rest of the members in the U.S. and were all sent out over the Christmas week in bulk.
Should be arriving anytime in January.
