To disparage all the raffles done over the years by VCA and Chrysler/SRT , saying folks have been screwed , is not only extremely inappropriate, it borders on slandering Corporate, and all the various Officers of the Club over the past 12-15 years. With only 70 posts over a 4 year period on this site, just extremely rude and disrespectful to all the parties involved and an apology should be in order. This is the kind of behavior that causes warnings from moderators.

Predetermined winner ??? This is also rude and has nothing to do with anything except trying to stir ---- you say you are not a troll , but trying to just give opinions, this is not an opinion it is an inappropriate accusation. Folks get bent out of shape when they get banned from various Forums, but these are the kinds of statements that cause them. Please go back to the rules of the Forum you agreed to and realize your comments have been tolerated to a point, but when unfound accusations are made that reflect a broad spectrum of individuals ( VCA, Officers, SRT ,etc ) moderators often will warn you or more.
Nuff said.
First of all, Mr. Pemberton , I need to say that you have always been truthful and a true gentleman when responding to my posts. You are a shining example of professionalism and the true gold standard of how someone effectively can respond and neutralize any trolls here simply by not insulting them, but instead simply responding using your true intellect to counter.
That said, I want to publically apologize to you and to everyone on the forum here for the comments I have made here regarding my implying or any implication that the raffle is rigged.
My comments were NEVER designed to slander your fine company, Woodhouse. I have ONLY heard the best of you and your company. My comments, based on hearsay and speculation were fueled by the facts presented here on the VCA forum that the Raffle had major issues related to organizational management of it, the representation as to location of the draw, and how these facts coincided with the reveal of negative publicity recently released about the VCA management.
To slander is to knowingly spread false facts. I did not slander anyone, since I never represented that the implications I might have implied were based on fact.... as if I knew factually and falsely that the past raffles (or the current raffle) were fraudulently rigged.
But, despite the above, you still remain correct that an apology is due. And, yes, I truly do apologize to you and all the other people here for that.
And additionally, Mr Pemberton, I realize that these specific posts of mine crossed the "line" in that my posts solely related to the raffle, although not intended to be malicious or spiteful, might appear to cause a stir and unwarranted fear or upset in members who had purchased tickets. That is wrong on my part, and again I apologize to everyone for that. I am man enough to admit my wrongs.
I hope this posts rights the wrongs that occurred related to the subject of the raffle.
