VCA should set up a barter exchange for Chryco $25k buyout coupons

If the rules allow it, VCA should broker paying hourly Chrysler employees for their $25k new car purchase rights under the new buyout offer. EP+ plus a discounted coupon might equal 2008 Viper for $60k net. Sweet!

I'd bet that there are clauses attached to the coupon that forbid trasferring, bartering or otherwise selling the coupon... That said, these things always show up on EBay if there is any way to turn it into cash without going to jail.
