Bump :eater: Any news yet?

Do you think you will be landing / shipping cars to the UK prior to crossing to France, or going directly to France? One of our UK members Neil has offered secure car parking at his home if any of you need it prior to you guys flying in :) He is located near Heathrow Airport.

Both of these events are great for me as a "Viewer" and to meet some EU Viper colleagues. The track in Italy is about a 4 hour drive from me, and I plan on taking a train to Le Mans this year.

Bump, Any news yet on how your plans are progressing? The suspense is killing me!

Beth Paretta said that SRT is working on a package for the members. I have a call with her tomorrow and I'll find out the progress.

Anything? Ive lost 2 sailing times (waiting for news) at discount prices from Portsmouth to Cherbourg on the fast seacat and that crossing is now fully booked! So it looks Like I will have to go the long way around Dover to Calias then drive down to Le mans from there :(

If you have any idea of what sort of route your taking to le mans, that would be very helpful
Thankyou.

Very sorry for the delays.

We will have two packages to choose from:

Package 1 - Seven day adventure... day in Paris, beaches at Normandy, etc.

Package 2 - Weekend Race Package

I won't have the final itinerary until the end of next week. Fiona at JRT/SRT is working diligently on getting everything put together. Both packages will be first class experiences. I do know that Package 1 is looking to be in the $6500-$6900 range plus airfare. I do not have a price range on Package 2 yet.

Once the packages are finalized, we will send the information via email to the entire VCA membership.

I'll keep everyone posted on this thread as I get the info.

Regards,

Randall

You can always sleep at the track. The grass is comfy... unless it rains. Sleeping in an rt/10 works too... unless it rains... sleeping with one of our girl friends is fun too... especially if it rains ;-)

I have a viper passenger seat from uk> LM spare and a spot for a 2 man tent next to mine in a secure campsite inside the track too. You'll need ear defenders......for the ride down
